Supporting Our Community

rubiRides began as a transportation service for children that provided safe and trusted rides for kids and peace of mind for parents. As COVID-19 spread, we created rubiRelief, our non-profit organization. The goal of rubiRelief is to provide assistance to those in need in the DC and Maryland area. We continued to make safety and trust our priority, which spurred our partnerships with local organizations to provide personal protective equipment and regular vehicle cleaning for our volunteers.

We Need Volunteers!

If you’re available during the hours of 8am and 11am Monday – Friday, we need your help bagging lunches. Please contact us at info@rubirelief.org if you want to make a difference.

Our rubiRelief Truck will serve Wards 6, 7, and 8 in Washington, DC to provide those in need with a bagged lunch including a sandwich, fruit, UTZ snack, water, and an ice cream. Later in the day, our truck will visit neighborhoods throughout DC and Maryland where we will sell ice cream to the community and donate the profits back to rubiRelief to help support our mission to provide assistance to people in need.
